    HP Laserjet 1010 and Windows 10


    I am trying to get my HP Laserjet 1010 printer working with my new Windows 10 desktop computer, but despite spending a lot of time on Google and unsuccessfully following up suggestions, I still cannot get it working. I know it can be done because I had it working with my old Windows 10 laptop that broke and the new desktop replaced, but cannot remember how I did it.

    I have tried using the HP software but it doesn't recognise the printer. I have tried installing the printer manually through Control Panel and although the computer recognises the printer, it lists it as 'Unspecified' and not as a printer. Any help and suggestions will be welcome, please.

    I updated my Windows to Win 10 and now my printer hp laserjet 1010 does not print and there are no available drivers for it. Please help.

    What you are essentially asking is "Does HP have Windows 10 drivers for my old hp LaserJet 1010 printer"?

    I don't know, but probably not; to find out, you should contact HP or look for them on their website.
