Windows 10: Hp, Microsoft, factory reset, Cumulative Update, .NET, Windows 10

Last night at 8pm I was doing my schoolwork after calculating my 1500 hours for my therapy license. I closed my computer and now at 8:55am, my microsoft hp computer has done a factory reset and updated the Cumulative Update for .NET framework and 4.8.1 for Windows 10. Considering that I had classified, confidential, private documentation for my job. How does Microsoft want to handle this? Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Microsoft controversially brings cumulative updates to W7 & W8.1

TIME TO grab your indignation sticks and riot, because Microsoft has taken away one of the main things that made keeping Windows 7 and 8 attractive.

Starting in October 2016, Windows 7 and 8.1 (Windows 8 being the defunct ginger stepchild) will receive cumulative updates once a month instead of individual ones.

You may recall that this was a trick already used by Microsoft to bury a version of its GWX nagware last year, secreted as it was inside an important security update.
