    I have three PCs in my LAN with Windows 10 release 1903 (OS Build18362.239) and I have installed a HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911g network printer. The connection is wireless. The printer keeps disappearing out of Devices and Printers on all three PCs, although not all at the same time. I have re-installed it several times with the latest driver I can find on HP's website (OJ8600_Basicx64_1316.exe). When I install it it will print a test page and work for a while, but then it randomly disappears. Sometimes it disappears after one or two days, sometimes after several weeks.

    What could be causing the printer to randomly disappear? Any suggestion is appreciated.

    HP networked printer keeps disappearing Windows 10

    I have a computer (Intel Nuc 5i5MYHE) with Windows 10 LTSB release 1607 that I have installed a HP Officejet Pro 8600 N911g network printer. The printer keeps disappearing out of Devices and Printers. I have uninstalled and re-installed several times with
    the latest driver I can find on HP's website. When I install it it will print a test page but then it randomly disappears. There is nothing in event viewer that shows anything about it. I have ran the printer troubleshooter and it tells me to make sure the
    printer is connected. I can ping the printer by IP and several other computers with Windows 10 installed print without issue.

    What could be causing the printer to randomly disappear? Any suggestion is appreciated.

    We have just downloaded Windows 10 on our HP Pavilion g7 Notebook and have been unable to connect and print with our HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus.

    Any suggestions.
