Windows 10: HP New Pc -HP True Vision Camera what software do I need?

I have just got a HP All In One 24 flxx Windows 10 PC
It has a HP True Vision HD Camera which works fine.
But I cant seem to find any software on the computer to enable me to video chat with it
Am I missing something or do I have to download sofware?
Only want it for basic chatting to friends and family.

hp true vision hd properties device type imaging device mircosoft . value usb video device . driver verison 10.0.15063.447

windows cannot load device driver for hardware . the driver my be corrupted or missing . (code 39) .

I have looked every where to try and redownload the driver but cant find it . please help.....

 

true vision camera not working with Skype windows 10

I have HP 2000 Notebook PC that has a true vision camera that is not working with Skype. I am using Windows 10. The microphone works fine which I realize may or may not be linked with camera. When I go into any other program that uses a camera like CyberLink
YouCam (that came with the computer) it works fine. When I use the nondescript camera app it does not work. Help please.

1.Open Settings>Privacy>Camera and see that 'Let Camera use my Apps' is set to on. When this is turned off I know it generates an error code similar to the one you receiving.

2. Open control panel and click troubleshooting icon and from the left hand list click view all and click hardware and devices and run the troubleshooter.

3. Open Device Manager and under Imaging Devices right click HP Truvision and scan for hardware changes and latest software and drivers.
