  1. HP not starting

I have an HP 15-f272wm that will not start. The only indicators that I have is when the power cord is plugged in , right next to the power port an amber or white LED turns on. When I press the start button the amber Led on the F12 key flashes intermitently.

I have tried only power cord plugged in , battery only and power cord and battery plugged in. Same result , the amber Led on the F12 key flashes intermitently.

I have also tried to reset the BIOS, same result.

I have also removed the motherboads and removed the 3.3VDC for a day and reinstalled it. same result.

    Any ideas?

    :)
