Windows 10: HP OfficeJet 8710 locked

Discus and support HP OfficeJet 8710 locked in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; My printer has started showing a locked symbol and a msg "locked."     HP OfficeJet 8710 locked


    My printer has started showing a locked symbol and a msg "locked." I have tried everything the internet has said but I still cannot connect it back to my internet.

    It also continues telling me I need a WPS Pin#.


    Help I have got to get some printing done!!

    HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 printer not working

    I have successfully run wireless network test for HP OfficeJet Pro 8710. Everything I print (with the exception of test pages) gets stuck in que. How can I get pages to print?

    Either follow Bill Smithers' advice or just select "OfficeJet Pro 8710" from the list of printers (if you go to the link that Bill provided, you'll see that the driver HP supplies for the OJ Pro 8715 is the driver for the OJ Pro "8710 Series").

    If you don't see OfficeJet Pro 8710 in the list, click the "Windows Update" button and wait a bit:
