Discus and support HP Officejet Pro 8620 in error state in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I assume after some recent update my HP Officejet Pro 8620 no longer prints.     HP Officejet Pro 8620 in error state


    I assume after some recent update my HP Officejet Pro 8620 no longer prints. Every print request is met with an error message telling me my printer is in an Error State. I've rebooted everything computer, router, printer, reinstalled the printer drivers and nothing seems to help. Anybody have any ideas on how to fix this?

    Windows 10 HP Officejet Pro 8620 Will not print


    Thank you for posting this. I tried all the listed steps and still not able to print EXCEPT when I ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor; at the conclusion of the scan, the app prompts me to print a test page from within the Scan Doctor and it is successful. I recall the 8620 being able to do this as well, however.
