Windows 10: HP Omen 15-ax000 I/O error status of 0xc000009c related to SSD?

So I recently dropped my laptop, and at first it continued working just fine, but then the next day when I turned it on, it started up extremely slowly and gave me this error code:



I tried starting it in safe mode to see if the error persisted, the computer starded even slower than before, and only had a black screen with the cursor and the task manager worked and that was it. The next time I turned it on it had the same black screen with a cursor and nothing worked. I deduced it was a hardware issue because of how i had dropped it, and I opened it up, only to find that the SSD is just gone, here is a picture of what the laptop looks like on the inside WITH the SSD and then there’s my laptop without it:



Now I’m just trying to figure out if replacing the SSD would fix the error, and if replacing it is the right way to go, as the old one probably found its way somewhere underneath the other components of the computer, but it is not loose at all, as when trying to lightly shake the computer to see if the SSD is moving inside, there are no sounds at all, and from attempting to look with a flashlight, I can see no sign of it. I am now just worried about that old SSD causing a problem being somewhere in there.

Does anyone know the origin of this problem and/or how to fix?

This I/O message seems to result in my PC running extremely slowly despite repeated rebooting.

The message appears to be generated by explorer.exe--Application Error

The instruction at 0x00007FF8B6BC557C referenced memory at 0x00000000A4F0008. The required data was not placed into memory because of an I/O error status of 0xc000009c.

Click on OK to terminate the program (doesn't work).

Hi, I have a .exe error and its called WerFault.exe and it states

“The instruction at 0x0000000000007252C3B4 referenced memory at 0x000000007252c3b4. The required data was not placed into memory because of I/O error status 0xc000009c.”

I can keep working. Pressing ok doesnt change anything. It come back after a short while.
