  1. HP Pavilion 15-cs2051od - No way to change scrolling options?

I've been looking EVERYWHERE on this computer on how to change the scroll settings. Right now, if I scroll down, it brings me back to the top of the page. I want it to do the opposite. When I am scrolling down, I want to view down the page.

But I've looked under every computer setting I could find including the Touchpad and Mouse options and their advanced settings and there is just NO way to change the scrolling there. Does someone know a secret that I don't on how to get the scrolling changed? This is just personal preference.

    :)
