Windows 10: HP Pavilion i7 9th generation laptop purchase - advice required

I am planning to buy this new HP laptop for my younger brother who makes travel videos for his youtube channel. He often shoots videos at 60 frames per second at 1080 resolution. Although he is still in college. Therefore his daily video editing sessions do not last longer than 3 hours. On weekends, he uses the software Adobe Premiere pro for 5-6 hours at max.

Is this a good choice? Within a limited budget, this seems to be a good 9th generation i7 laptop that has 4GB of graphics card and 500 GB SSD. Need expert opinion.

Its a Virgin media superhub I got,And no other devices in household had ever problems with connection,only that new laptop(I did buy wifi adapter,because I couldnt solve the problem myself and it works perfect.

HP Pavilion i7 or i5 processor?

So i'm looking for a general laptop for school work, net surfing and gaming, so far it looks to me that the HP Pavilion d7 would be a good choice. Just wondering how much difference i would find between the i5 and i7 processors? Is it worth paying roughly £899 for one with an i7 or would i be better off getting an i5 for only £688? Also the one with the i7 has a 8GB RAM but the i5 only has a 6GB RAM would this make much difference?
Sorry im a bit of a computer noob so any help would be appreciated!
