Windows 10: HP Pavillion failing to start up

    HP Pavillion failing to start up


    When I turn on my HP Pavillion pc , it tries to start normally but then gets into a loop and tells me that there is a problem and gives the words 'PNP fatal error' and collects data , switches off to restart then goes through the same routine.


    I have done a system diagnostic check and it tells me that the hardware checks out so it would appear to be a software issue.


    I am concerned about losing the data on the pc as it is not backed up. Does anyone know how to resolve as I can't get any response from MS.

    Win10/HP Pavillion - PIN "unavailable"

    Using Win10 on an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop

    PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
    followed the steps suggested, but they don't work

    Suggestions?.
