    HP Pavillion Windows 10 Update Problem


    So I've been needing to update my laptop for a while now and now that I'm finally trying to do it, I'm having a problem. Im trying to update to "Windows 10, version 20H2." while I already have an older version of Windows 10.It says it can't update because "HP Pavilion Notebook - BIOS needs to be upgraded before you can upgrade to Windows 10. Uninstall this app now because it isn't compatible with Windows 10."So I tried updating the BIOS by going to my Device Manager, Firmware, System Firmware, Driver, Update Driver, and then Search Automatically. After searching for a bit, it says that I

    Win10/HP Pavillion - PIN "unavailable"

    Using Win10 on an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop

    PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
    followed the steps suggested, but they don't work
