Windows 10: HP Ryzen Windows 11 GetCACaps constant BSOD Chrome Oh Snaps issues

I have a new HP laptop AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics Windows 11 Home 64-bit Version: 22621.900 2 sticks of 16GB A-DATA Technology 3200MHz and I constantly BSOD everything up to date and all hardware tests pass . Please help its affecting my work at home . I have done a full clean image install and I just tried DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth” and SFC /scan but not sure if this will help . GetCACaps: Not Found + BSOD on Startup

Is it really coincident?

I found the string from Event Viewer after suffering four BSOD. The timestamp shows that the error occurred when BSOD happens.

I didn't have this BSOD problem so far but now I'm having the issue on my Windows 11 OS.

I think the 'GetCACaps GetCACaps: Not Found' is the link to all this and I have noticed others having similar problems on other forums, solve that, solve BSOD
