Windows 10: Hp slimline desktop keeps crashing!

Had a person give me a little hp slimline desktop for free because it keeps crashing at varies times. It will crash within 5 seconds of turning it on, a couple mins, and the longest is about 5 to 10 mins. It just crashes, no error code, no nothing. It has a 256 m.2 that I have replaced with a 512gb to see if that is the problem, reseated ram, changed ram. All that did nothing, same thing every time! No error or anything just crashes. Can't get to boot screen either. Only other things I can think of is motherboard and psu. But I didn't figure it would power on at all if that was the case. Anyon

The processor listed in spec sheet says it's dual core CPU.

Your software says it needs quad core to be happiest.

If the computer is truly custom, odds are it would be new motherboard or CPU,stick configuration of that computer was M2N68-LA motherboard,4 Gb RAM 800 MHz DDR2 SDRAM,128Mb Graphics chip,500 Gb hdd, Vista Home Premium 64-bit?

What I'm reading on HP website, says it support 4Gb but, can take Quad core CPU.

I think your software suggested higher video Ram, which would suggest video card, and POwer is 220watts only.

Don't you have someone making another computer in exchange for taking his sisters prom pictures.

When you see the custom computer from 1st guy check out the specification, what makes it custom.

4Gb Ram, and a 1 Tb HDD vs an ??

Can't advise really until you say what it really is, if upgraded.

The joy of fishing with an iPhone, can't go back pages on it, try a google search for something like, pcsforpeople.com they may have I5 dual cores. In your price range, maybe. Sell to lower income people but, other than the name don't have clue to their quality of refurbished computers.And don't know if they do slimline cases, just towers. Think I looked at site the other night.

The desktop computer for the Roll Top isn't mine. It's my mom's. I took the old computer desk to my room and took it over.

Have him right specifications down and post that to board, with price.

If your software calls for quad core CPU, what's your software?

Just trying to suggest there are bigger or better computers, or even laptops with more power than a slimline, that would fit in a rolltop, and might be usable through hdmi port if you go that route.[emoji56]

Or has.rolltop left the picture for closing the desk when not running.
