Windows 10: HP Split 13 x2 Detatchable PC

hello

I have a split laptop that when I connect the touch screen with the keyboard it freezes and nothing works. however when I take it off it does work. I've been searching for an answer for a really long time and couldn't find an answer. if you have the answer then thank you. this is the only computer I have and I am a student and have work to do on it. it is hard when it is not connected

HP Split auto tablet mode NOT working


HP Split x2 13 m010dx (PC and tablet in one), Windows 10 Home systems automatic tablet mode switch does not work.
Also tried clean install of Windows 10 Home and upgrade from Windows 8.1 but non of them worked.
Normally the capture device, or or just "pulling smoothly."
In neither case automatically switching to tablet mode does not work, although It has been set.
