Windows 10: HP Stream blue stuck in bootloop | Cant seem to refresh/reset it

Hello everyone here so i have a blue HP Stream with me that has been stuck in a bootloop and cant seem to get it fixed!


Things i've tried.


I went to the advanced options page and went to CMD to do the following commands!


bootrec /fixMBR

bootrec /Fixboot

bootrec /rebuildBCD

and also

chkdsk /r c:

chkdsk /r d:


after that I tried something else

1. Clicked the 'Advanced Options' button
2. Clicked the 'Troubleshoot' button
3. Clicked the 'Advanced options' button again(another one not the same as before)
4. Clicked the 'Startup Settings' button
5. Waited for the system to reboot into the 'Startup Settings' menu (the same menu for safe mode)
6. Selected the 'Disable early launch anti-malware protection' option. (Pressed '8' which was the number for that option)

after that I restarted and at first it worked but when it got to the sign in screen and clicked on the user the whole screen went black.


so I tried opening the task manager which did open to try to kill Windows Explorer. and re open it but that didnt work.


after that i turned my computer off and went to the safemode options page again and clicked on safemode with networking but that didnt work either.


so i decided to just refresh the computer by clicking on the reset my pc without deleting my files and that didnt work it only went to about 40% and went to a blue screen saying that the computer couldnt be recovered.


so after that i went ahead and just tried the last thing i could do and thats just reset and delete everything. but that did the same as before went to about 40% and failed!


please help me this has me so pressured and cant sleep

Bootloop

I was in the process in resetting my computer, and suddenly it got stuck in a bootloop and nothing will work

My laptop: HP STREAM with Windows 10

I was trying to free up space on the tiny 28GB C: drive and must have done something stupid.

When powering up, the HP logo appears as usual, but then the screen goes black. A few seconds later, the HP logo reappears - then black. This continues over and over.

I did not create a System Image or Recovery Disc when I bought this notebook 4 years ago, but I have backups on a separate USB drive along with a "copy" of the entire 28GB C Drive.

I have another new HP Stream for which I made a System Image and Recovery disc.

My question: How can I first rescue the old HP from this bootloop and then restore the machine to a functioning tool? My knowledge and skills are low to medium.

Note: A computer tech said that a partition on the C drive was "corrupted".

 

Stuck in bootloop after windows upgrade assistant fails

My computer is stuck in bootloop after windows upgrade fails to upgrade from version 1607, installation stopped at 45 % with thw message, windows could not configure one or more system components. And now when it tryes to go back to the earlier version
of windows i'm stucked in bootloop
