Windows 10: Hp volume problems

Hello I have a HP Pavillion and recently my volume has not been nearly as loud as it should be. When I start playing some sort of sound the volume that the speakers put out is normal but after maybe one second of playing the speakers cut to almost no volume at all. I checked all the speaker levels and they all show it on on max volume but its not. If i pause and quickly resume the sound the volume goes back up to max but then quickly drops back down. I am in college and need the loud volume for when i am listening to class lecture videos so any help will be appreciated. Thanks!

type in list volume..... your array volume should come up.... if so

type in Select volume 7
assign

I suggest you to try the steps below and check if it helps.

1. After opening the game, right click on the sound icon in the taskbar and select "open volume mixer".

2. If the particular game is listed, turn down the volume and check the result.

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.
