Windows 10: HP Workstation Windows 10 suddenly froze, restarted with Event ID 41

Yesterday evening my 7-months old HP Z8 G4 Workstation with Windows 10 Professional Workstation suddenly froze after continuous uninterrupted operation for nearly 3 months without restart, using UPS all the time.I was just getting ready to fill in search items in Google search on a Firefox window that I opened, while 3 or 4 other browser windows were already open 1 or two were IE11, others were Firefox, and Outlook 2019 was open, too. No heavy software was running that I initiate.After a few seconds freeze the display went black no BSOD! and automatically restarted Windows 10 and I logged

A Kernel Power Event 41 can occur in the following scenarios.

Scenario 1: The computer restarts, and there is a Stop error BugcheckCode in the event data.

Scenario 2: The computer is shut down by pressing and holding the power button.

Scenario 3: The system randomly restarts and no Stop error BugcheckCode is listed, or the computer is completely unresponsive (hard hang).

I suggest you refer the article on Kernel
Power Event ID 41 and follow the steps for the scenario that is causing this error on your PC.

Additionally, you can refer the article on Windows
