Windows 10: HTML question

I'm trying to learn to make a hyperlink but when I type in the following example: <a href="http://www.w3schools.com/html/">Visit our HTML tutorial</a>
<a href="html_images.asp">HTML Images</a>
<a href="http://www.w3schools.com/" target="_blank">Visit W3Schools!</a>
I don't see a link to click on. Shouldn't there be a line under the words visit W3Schools to click on? Am I missing something?

How .html > .doc

To save the web page as HTML, follow the steps below:

• Right-click on the web page that you want to save as HTML.
• The Save As dialog window appears. Select Web Page, Complete in the Save as type dropdown.
• The web page is now saved as a set of HTML file.

Do update us on how it goes.

 

Local account installation question

I'm fairly certain that Skip this step was available in 10.0.130 - the workaround in Step 20 (back button) is no longer required.

The currently known, as of 10.0.130, ways to create a Local account sign-in are

• Skip this step at the MS account creation phase
• No Internet connection during the install
• static IP (post# 2 by Fragment) - New (to me anyway)

 

Html or css pages!!!!

I don't fully understand your question. Are you looking for a list of web sites that use CSS vs HTML? CSS can significantly reduce code clutter and the overall size of web sites containing many files.
