Windows 10: Huawei Matebook X freezing - advice and tips please

Hi,



I recently purchased a Matebook X 13 and it arrived yesterday, it is running Windows 10 Home. However, when I leave the laptop idle for several minutes, the laptop freezes and the only way to get out of this is to perform a hard reset.



I have spoken to Microsoft directly, via the online chat, who have offered me some advice on how to rectify the issue, but without any success. I don't want to return the laptop if possible, however, it will be my last resort if it cannot be resolved.



Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Huawei matebook x pro

Purchased a Huawei Matebook X Pro 2 days ago and now the laptop dissappered from Microsost store website.

Will there be any problems because of President Trumps biff with Huawei and the operating system Microsoft/Google etc will not get support on my Huawei laptop!!??

Hang on to laptop or unload quick smart???
