Windows 10: I am above 13, but when I try to leave my microsoft family group, it says that I am under...

my birth date is in 2009, but when I try to leave my microsoft family, it says that I am underage. Does anyone know how to help me? Practically all my apps that can be found on the microsoft store are blocked maybe even all of them and I am sick of it. If anyone knows something that might help, please inform me.regards, George

If you can't leave family group below 13 but can above 13 then can you leave the family group WHEN you are 13?

I been seeing this a long time about someone leaving Microsoft family safety above 13 but CAN YOU leave the family group when you are 13? I am twelve waiting to be 13 so that I can use social media.

 

Family Organizer Leaving Family Group

• If Mother was the administrator of the Family Group, you can exit the Family Group directly, and Mother will automatically become the Family Group organizer.
  
  If you want to stay in the Family Group, you need to rejoin, either as an administrator or as a regular Family Group member.
  
  Visit Getting started with Microsoft Family Safety for more details.
  

• If Mother was already a member of the Family Group, you need to remove her from the Family Group, then add it again, and need to select "Administrator" when selecting the role.
  

Meanwhile, you can dissolve the Family Group, and then let the new organizer send an invitation to re-establish the Family Group. Visit Leave family group or remove members (microsoft.com) for more details.

okay after A finite amount of time is okay and it is useful and marked as read to me because I found older posts that says if you are above 13 then you can leave family group, but I know that those were history as entropy is increasing..
