Windows 10: I am completely stumped

My PC has been freezing recently, this happens at random times and range from idling to gaming, when I look at the reliability report it doesn't always tell me what it could be but one thing it does say every now and then is a hardware error, but i cant pinpoint what that is. I've done everything, i've updated drivers clean install, I updated the bios, ive checked my ram and there's nothing wrong with my hard drive. my temps aren't very high on neither my cpu or gpu. This just started happening out of nowhere. the only thing that ive done different was add a second monitor, and I have unplugged it since then and the problem still persists. if anyone can point me in the right direction that would be amazing.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

No. Also I followed the steps on Manage suggested recipients in the To, Cc, and Bcc boxes with Auto-Complete

cleared this list (Empty Auto-Complete List.)
disabled the option ("Use Autocomplete list..") and again cleared the list
relaunched Outlook in between
still those very old email addresses show up.

I give up.
