Windows 10: I am facing issue while installing something from microsoft store slow download speed,...

As I mentioned at the topic, it is taking decades when I am trying to install an app from microsoft store. First it is stucking at pending like 5-10 minutes and then 5-10 minutes for downloading and eventually when it starts to download it's downloading with 130 kb/s. I have tested my internet on other applications, I can download properly normally. I saw similar issues on internet and I tried every steps that I saw resetting-repairing, cleaning cache, re-registering, ws-reset etc, windows updates... however I could not achieve to solve the problem. Anyone who save me from that issue make I

• The latest update I have showing is "2018-02 Cumulative update for Windows 10 Version 1709 for x64 based system KB4074588"
• I've tried all the below steps suggested by Eeshwar Kumar in this link: Redirecting

Some users have reported that they're experiencing some computer issues after installing KB4074588. In this case, we suggest uninstalling the said update by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + i to open Settings, then select
  Update & security.
• Click Update history.
• Under Update history, click Uninstall updates.
• Highlight KB4074588, then click Uninstall (beside Organize).

Please post back with the result for further assistance.
