Windows 10: I am having an issue updating windows. Install error - 0x80070103

I am currently utilizing a Dell XPS 15 laptop operating on the Insider Beta channel for Windows 11 22H2 OS Build 22623.1255. Despite my efforts to update the operating system, I have encountered a recurring error, as illustrated in the accompanying screenshot. I have attempted to manually inspect each driver for updates, yet the issue persists. Furthermore, despite deploying the troubleshooter, the situation remains unremedied. In my pursuit to address this issue, I executed the following elevated commands in CMD, to no avail:sfc /scannowdism /online/ cleanup-image/ restorehealthchkdsk C: /f

Install error - 0x80070103

Windows Update keeps listing an available update, but when I run Update, I get an error: Intel - Net - 12.18.9.20 Install error - 0x80070103

I run the Windows Update troubleshooter (the one in Windows, not the download mentioned in so many articles with the broken link), and it finds a problem, and says it fixed it, but the problem persists. I attached an image of the issues below.

I have tried

• uninstalling the Intel adapters in Device Manager
  
• the process of renaming catroot2 and SoftwareDistribution as in this post
  
• ran system file checker, it found and fixed corrupted files
  

Nothing has worked.
