Windows 10: I am having problems with my HP Pavillion laptop's internet.

I recently got a HP Pavillion laptop, not even a month ago. I am having problems with the network staying strong. It is definitely a device sided issue, because my other laptop which is less quality than my new one runs internet perfectly, with no interruptions. This issue also happens with other internet connections. The issue I am having is that every 10-15 minutes or so, my internet suddenly becomes slow for around a minute. This does not happen with any other devices in the house.I have tried:Installing a new network adapterFlushing DNSRestarting my laptop... way too many timesResetting

Win10/HP Pavillion - PIN "unavailable"

Using Win10 on an HP Pavillion Gaming Laptop

PIN went away. Now when I go into create a PIN I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". The step prior is: Start.>Settings>Accounts>Sign in Options>Windows Hello PIN and it reads "This options is currently unavailable - click to learn more". I
followed the steps suggested, but they don't work

Suggestions?.

 

Screen flickering in HP pavillion laptop

I have an HP Pavillion laptop but I have an issue regarding screen flickering from a few days ago. the display doesn't flicker at a certain brightness. if I change the brightness level screen start to flicker on battery mode if it is connected to the AC
power supply it doesn't flicker. I have tried many options like updating drivers and others it is not a window issue because I used dual-booted pc ubuntu and windows 10. On both the OS i faced the same problem. please give me a suggestion as i have frustrated
from the problem

 

Hp Pavillion Notebook upgrades

Hi, i have a friend with a Hp notebook and is wondering if he should look into upgrading his laptop or buying a new one, i dont know much about laptop upgrading and cant seem to find anywhere to look for cpu compatibly and whatnot. The laptop is a couple years old. He does some light gaming if that info is necessary.

Model: Hp Pavillion Dv7-1245dx
OS: Windows 7
Cpu: AMD Turion x2 Dual Core Mobile RM-72 ~ 2.1 GHz
Memory: 4GB, not sure what kind but he upgraded it so that shouldn't be a problem
VGA: ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics
