Windows 10: I am missing the Teredo Network adapter/adapters and i cant connect to online Forza Horizon 4!

I have tried everything from this link and nothing seems to work... I have been struggling for 12 hours to make this work.

and I have tried multiple things such as the IP helper Check the IP helper check was already running and on automatic from the start!
I am really desperate to get this working cuz I just bought Forza Horizon and I really want to be able to play the game multiplayer,
If you need any information ask please and help meet :
When I check in device manager for the adapter it is not there and I tried installing it but it's not in the legacy lists, Thats why I think I cannot go online on Forza Horizon 4 Multiplayer.

teredo tunneling adapter completely missing!

I'm trying to play Forza Horizon 3 and the xbox app says TEREDO is unable to qualify. Server connectivity: Blocked.

I have gone through all the official steps through CMD, Services, and Device manager. There's no trace of anything Teredo on my rig.

Is there a driver I can manually download?

 

Don't have Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter?

So been trying to play Forza Horizon 4 online for the past few weeks, and so far all I get is an error message every time saying I couldn't connect. Searched online, and it seems I need to install a network adapter called Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter.
Problem being, I can't seem to find it to anywhere. And before anyone asks,

• I've opened the device manager and toggled on "Show hidden devices"
• I've tried clicking on "add legacy hardware", and Teredo isn't shown in the options

Anyone have some advice on this?
