  1. I am not able to access localhost after deleting appdata from microsoft folder

I am a Tibco developer . I was able to access my API locally using localhost earlier. There was a Microsoft teams app issue so to repair the same I have deleted all Microsoft data from the path AppData\Roaming\Microsoft. After this I started facing issue when trying to test my API locally with the URI having localhost. I have attached postman error screen shot.

    URI - http://localhost:50099/

I am not able to access localhost after deleting appdata from microsoft folder e36580ea-abcc-41d2-8714-42c9e9191411?upload=true.jpg
