Windows 10: I am not able to install windows update and receiving error 0x80073712

On running DISM scanhealth and restorehealth commands. I am receiving below mentioned error. PFB screenshot

Error code: (0x80073712)

I am not able to connect the i phone with PC (dell windows 10 64bit) due following update error Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

I tried with following options but still problem update is due

Step 1: Use System File Checker to repair damaged Windows files

Step 2: Run the DISM tool

Please suggest me how to solve this issuse

I received a thumb drive from Microsoft ( there were issues down loading the image) for Windows 10. I used it to reset my Surface Pro 3 to Windows 10 and it worked. I was then able to install update KB3172985 without getting error 0x80073712.
