Windows 10: i am so confused 0x803F8001 then 0x800704cf

I get this message "Minecraft is currently not available in your account. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001"

then I try signing into fix the issue and it says i am not connected and I gives me this code "0x800704cf"

PLEASE HELP i just want to sign in and play Minecraft
