Windows 10: I am stuck in a automatic repair loop if u know how to fix it please help me

Every time I load on my pc it says pc couldn’t start problem or automatic repair could repair and it doesn’t let sign in it makes me stay on a blue screen

Use Check Disk Utility

Fix Boot and Rebuild BCD via Command Prompt

Restore Windows Registry

Delete the Problematic File

Disable Automatic Startup Repair

Perform Refresh or Reset Your PC
