Windows 10: I am trying to block adult content

Everything was running nicely and I had managed to block off all search pages. Suddenly the account owner notices that for some reason yahoo.no redirects him to yahoo.com when he opens it. Somehow this is able to bypass the content blocking I have set up on his family account. To be clear, I have put both "yahoo.no" and "yahoo.com" in the "always blocked" category. This feature has worked great for 20 other pages, but for some reason not for yahoo.

Hope someone can help me out.

How to block adult content in marketplace

How do you prevent adult content from being displayed in marketplace? I bought Win7 Mango phones for my family and was shocked by what I saw listed in marketplace. I don't want to see **** and **** related apps and certainly do not what my children to
see this but cannot find a way to block it. I called MS customer support and they were completely useless stating that I needed to call the phone manufacturer or try to find answers on the internet. The only information I can find is how to limit access to
purchasing apps for children but nothing regarding how to filter adult content. Any assistance is appreciated.

Why is it that when I have my child's account set to block adult content, I can still access any amount of questionable material? For example, I have google and bing listed in the blocked website section along with websites I know have questionable content
or will bring up such content, but I can literally type in www.girlsbutts.com or any other combination of explicit words and porn comes up. How can I prevent this?
