Windows 10: I am unable to download embroidery design from OESD, unzip, save to my computer or USB stick.

I was able to earlier last week. I had downloaded ArtLink9 trial version but have since uninstalled it. I am using PC with Windows 10 and a Bernina 700E embroidery Machine. I've been in contact with OSED and they are attempting to find solution. I've downloaded both .ART & .EXP. Once i download the file I am unable to unzip the file. when I attempt to save it, the file is saved as BERNINA All-in-One I do not have ANY Bernina software on computer. When I load file to USB stick and open on my embroidery machine all that's there is a file "System Volume Information" which is employ.

Unzipping files and loading onto usb or cd.

I am having trouble loading my downloaded embroidery designs onto a usb stick or cd. The designs are downloaded in the format

my embroidery machine recognizes. I'm not sure if windows 7 has an unzip program. I'm not finding one. NEED HELP PLEASE!!!

Embroidery designs generally need specific software to open then and if Windows 10 is in S mode, most likely you cannot install that software to view the embroidery designs, you would need to switch Windows 10 out of S Mode . . .

Before you do that, right click one of those embroidery designs and choose Properties

At the top of the resulting dialog, what is the file extension listed in File Type?

 

USB Memory Stick downloading and uploading

I am trying to transfer an embroidery design using a USB. I downloaded the design I wanted, but when I plugged the USB stick into my Husqvarna sewing and embroidery machine the design was not showing. What happened?
