Windows 10: I am unable to download microsoft office apps on my laptop.

I am not able to download microsoft apps. I am tired of trying things. please help me out.

Unable to Download MyCloud App to Microsoft Surface Laptop

I am unable to download the MyCloud app to our new Microsoft Surface laptop. The laptop does not appear on the drop-down list as a device I can download the app to. Can you please help me?

Unable to download app from Microsoft Store

In case that the troubleshooter didn’t help on this matter, we suggest that you reset the Microsoft Store. Kindly follow the steps:

• Press Windows + R keys to run the command box.
• Type WSReset, then try downloading the app again.
