I bought this laptop in 2019, and I have had it set to 1920×1080 since I first got it. But for some reason, after updating my graphics drivers today, I am only able to go up to 1366×768. For the better part of 2 years now I've used a second monitor with my laptop, which can go up to and I have always had set to 3840×2160. For whatever reason, the only time I can set my laptop to 1920×1080 after updating my graphics drivers is when I duplicate the display to my second monitor. If the HDMI cable is unplugged, or if I have the display extended, or even if I show only on 1 my laptop, I cannot

Best graphics card for a screen with 1366*768 resolution

The processor will limit you. I'd suggest staying pretty low budget with a card for this system and saving your money for a processor, card, and monitor upgrade in the future. With that res you can do fine with a 1GB ram card like a GTX 750. It's about 90% of the speed of a 750 Ti. Or an R7 260. No, it won't be ultra on new games, but usually playable with decent graphics.

Of the ones you listed the 960 is the fastest, but also the most expensive. It all depends on what you have to pay for them, and I at least have no idea what they cost where you are. If we had a price list it would be easier.
