Candy Crush Soda Saga purchase never received

I have a Paypal receipt for gold bars purchased through Candy Crush Soda Saga, but never received the gold bars through the game. How do I get the "gold bars" or a refund?

 

Candy Crush Saga purchase problem

On 9-23-16, while playing Windows 10 version of Candy Crush Soda on my PC, I made a purchase of a package that was supposed to include 100 gold bars, a mystery box, and 3 each of coconut wheels, free switch, jelly fish, lollipop hammer, lucky candy, striped
and wrapped, and candy bomb. The cost was $ 6.99. I only received 55 gold bars. I would appreciate getting the additional 45 gold bars owed me. Thank you in advance for your help.
