Windows 10: I bought LifeCam VX-5000 - does not show up as an APP ??

I am getting error message from the Compatibility Assistant on Win 10

that Life Cam is may decrease security on my system. It says to upgrade,

but I cannot find it anywhere!!!!!

It simply does not show up anywhere, it looks like Windows Media is doing it's job.


Help me find LifeCam so i can upgrade it or delete it if i have to please.

Lifecam vx-800 not working

I will copy and paste your suggestions and answer in below

• As you have written: "I tested in desktop PC and Sony Vaio laptop, but not working", does this refers to troubleshooting steps/ Webcam? (I just tried to use in desktop and laptop, found it is not working, I can not able to follow any of the troubleshooting
  steps, due to windows 10 not supporting the way said there.
• Have you tried to access the webcam with different computer and check if it works fine?
  ( I tried in both system which is windows 10 installed, not other OS)

can you explain why I cant able to see the driver download option


from MS download center from this link, only manual are showing there.

if I choose another webcam model the driver download option is showing, but in VX-800 it is not showing.

i have attached snapshot for HD-5000 also which shows the driver download option,
