Windows 10: I bought Minecraft Windows 10 Master Collection

Dear Microsoft/Mojang/Minecraft Community,


I had bought Minecraft Windows 10 Masters Collection but now it says that I do not own it.

As I am in a Microsoft Family I am not allowed to buy it on my own, so I had to ask my father, he had bought Minecraft Windows 10 Masters Collection perfectly fine it worked for many many months but now I cannot open it and it says it is not owned by this account, I have rechecked the account I am logged into is the one that had owned Minecraft.


This is what is says,


Minecraft is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it:0x803F8001


Please help me as to what I should do.


Minecraft is my favorite game and I wish to be able to play it again, please help me.

Windows 10 Minecraft Master Collection

I bought Minecraft Master Collection for $49.99 on 8/31/2020 nd the microsoft store says I OWN the game, however I cannot install this. I click install and it downloads the normal MineCraft Windows 10, not the Master Collection. I have not received any
of the packs or coins and no other forum has given me a clear answer to how to fix this or get a refund. I need help ASAP on this issue.

I bought the Minecraft for Windows 10 Master Collection on Pc yesterday, and I can't seem to get the content for the 1000 Minecoins added to my account

Minecraft windows 10 master collection would not download to pc. It said no device found. This is a brand new pc and is completely up to date.
