I want to scan my computer with virus scaner regaldess I installed ESET few months ago.
Please reccomend me scaner software which I should to try.

I understand that you are unable to print after installing Windows 10. We will help you to resolve the issue.

This issue may arise due to driver conflicts.

I suggest you to run printer troubleshooter and check if it helps.

• Type troubleshooting in the search bar.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• Select View all on the top left corner.
• Click Printer.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run the troubleshooter.
• Check if issue persists.

If the issue persists, I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the driver and check if it helps.

• Press “Windows key + X” and click on “Device Manager”.
• In the list of devices, you should see the Printer Drivers.
• Right click on the device and then select "Uninstall".
• In the uninstall dialog, make sure you select the option to delete the driver package from the system. This causes the driver package installed earlier to be deleted.
• In the Action menu of Device manager, select “Scan for Hardware changes”
  option. This will cause the device driver to be reinstalled. Once the driver is installed, close all windows and restart the computer.
