A problem with Dream Mail reading mail from MSN

I don't know how to get Dream Mail to read the incoming mail from MSN. Dream Mail will send a test feed out to my MSN box and I can read the test feed via Firefox, yes I can get into my MSN account via Firefox. But Dream Mail rejects the password for MSN that I use on Firefox. As far as I know the password for MSN should be the same for MSN in both Firefox and Dream Mail. The servers, port numbers and encryption on Dream Mail for MSN are correct. BTW The same Dream Mail is working 100% on Gmail.com. Dell laptop Win 10 Version 1703 OS Build 15063.413

 

I am unable to access my MSN e mails

Hi

I transferred it by transferring the data from the old i phone to the new i phone. Then once the new i phone was set up it asked me for a password for my MSN e mail which i did not know as i was accessing my msn e mails directly prior to this through my phone. I unfortunately had my old mobile number for msn and although i have done everything possible to recover the account online it still wont allow me access to my e mails and i have had the same e mail address for the last 23 years.

I have this morning spoken to Microsoft and they have said there is no way to access my e mail address other than if i had the old mobile number to send the access code but there is no way of this being a possibility. I was using the inbuilt app on my phone to access my e mails.

i use the chrome browser but when i try to access MSN mail i get this message
