Windows 10: I cannot bypass the tool, there is a yellow sign CPU is not supported

Discus and support I cannot bypass the tool, there is a yellow sign CPU is not supported in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I am using AMD A6 7310 , why is that? can someone help here? how can i enable the CPU?...
