Windows 10: I cannot change language of games or Xbox app or even Windows store

Hi, I followed instructions found on another topics but none of them helped me fix my issue.I cannot change Store/XboxApp/Games on xbox app languages. When I installed windows i have chosen English but I wanted some of my games to be in Polish.I ve changed region to Polish and even default language for my user and copied this settings for every existing and new windows use. This changed nothing, microsoft store is still in English, same goes for Xbox App and all games installed in there.How can i change this language? It seems like an common problem so please address our needs.

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

Change your Windows display language

How to Change Windows store and apps language to English

As per the issue description you are willing to change the language back to English which get changed after installing November update in China.
I would appreciate if you can provide us the following information to help us understand the issue better.

• Is the issue specific to some apps or with all apps?
• Is the language of the OS and keyboard in English?
