Windows 10: I cannot get my Fitbit to connect with my lap top

Discus and support I cannot get my Fitbit to connect with my lap top in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have fitbit charger 2 and I can not get logged on with my lap top.     I cannot get my Fitbit to connect with my lap top


    I have fitbit charger 2 and I can not get logged on with my lap top. I have called fitbit and they sent me a new charger and I get the same message it will not connect. Please advise. I have windows 10 on HP. I have the blue tooth on.

    Dell lap top problem

    The Dell lap top starts up and then after a minute shuts off. It told me to go to this site "recoverykey.faq. what is my next step to correct this problem?

    Wifes lap top-family connection

    OK the problem is with my wifes Lap Top, I have her as on the family set up, today she was unable to use her Lap Top to go on her asu account to get her e mails of work she also can not get on the internet. I have checked connections and they are fine
    Question does she need an MSN account email or sign in?

    It keeps telling me to check the connections, I have they are fine, and re set to box I can not re set there is no button. Everything on her lap top works just fine except the internet na d logging on to her asu..ed account for Her work What to do i t
    was working fone yesterday. now does she or does she not need an account w MSN or not and what to do now Dave
