Windows 10: I cannot get my windows 10 home to recognize my hp 1012 printer.

    I thought I could just download the driver but even having trouble doing that

    How to print to hp LaserJet 1012 using Windows 10

    The HP3055 driver works great with Windows 10 and the hp Laserjet 1012. The driver comes with Windows 10 so there's no need to download it. In windows 10 Settings, select 'Add a Printer' and use the DOT4 port, then scan the list of HP printer drivers and select
    the HP3055.

    HP 1012 printer doesn't print after windows 10 upgrade.

    My hp 1012 printer won't print after installing my windows 10 upgrade. My pc had windows 8.1 and I had tricked it with the hp3055 pcl5 drivers to make the printer work which windows 10 still recognizes. It just says error and the printer does nothing
    when trying to print a test page. Any ideas?

    I cannot get my windows 10 home to recognize my hp 1012 printer.

    HP Laserjet 1012 shown in devices and not in printer.

    Just uploaded windows 10 and my LaserJet 1012 printer is connected via usb and is showing up in the devises and not printer. Any idea how to remedy this?
