Windows 10: I cannot log into Outlood desktop. I can log in with my browser though.

I have office 365 through Go Daddy. Earlier today I was logged out of my desktop app. When I try to log in it says my subscription expired in Sept 2019. I am up to date with Go Daddy and everything is working in the web app and on my phone. I've un-installed Office on my computer, and tried to use Microsoft SARA to delete all records on my computer, but the app tells me it cannot help. I am up-to-date with all windows updates. I've restarted my computer several times and loaded and un-installed office several times. Still cannot log into office on the desktop app. Any suggestions?

Struggling to log on

Hello all,

I have a friend who registered here a couple of weeks ago (Jacko28), but he's struggling to log on. He logs on, but once trying to create a post - it logs him out.

He's deleted cookies, tried a diffrent browers, and other various things.

Can anyone suggest anything?

Well, I did do a step-by-step picture log when RM & I was doing the plexi box... I'll see what I can work up in word. The latest will be Thursday since both today and tomorrow I have 14 hour days..
