Windows 10: I cannot log my MacBook Pro as the device it is not recognising the serial number but...

My Mac book Pro is not recognised as the device I am using I cannot see previous devices could they be wiped from the system so I can log on with my new. computer.

If you had logged in and added the device to your Microsoft account the serial number will be listed here : https://account.microsoft.com/devices/device?de...

If you did not do so or the device is not present there you may find the serial number in the bill of the laptop.

I'm confused?? Is the computer listed in the Microsoft Account/Devices page or not? If not, you have to register it and it may take a couple of days to register in the Microsoft Store.

go to https://account.microsoft.com/devices Login to your Microsoft Account, Under Devices make sure the device you are trying to install Simulator on is listed correctly. Click View Details to see the Serial # listed. Remove any device you no longer use. Make sure your Windows versions is fully Updated.
