    Non Print of Avery Labels HP printer 6978

    Multiple attempts to print label # 5260 not found in the Avery list and # 5160 fails to print and does not populate in the print queue. Labels I had previously used # 8162 are also not in the options for Avery with Windows 10.

    I cannot print from the web with my HP DeskJet 3632...an Avery label.

    HP DeskJet All-in-one printer 3632 series

    New HP DeskJet 3632 All-in-one printer is installed and set as default printer on my new HP computer with Windows 10. When I try to print anything off the internet a box comes up saying 'document saved in documents file'. If i go to the documents file
    to print the document the same thing happens again. So I just end up with lots of saved documents but nothing printed. I've just done some troubleshooting and got a message saying 'Some usb 2.0 devices are incompatible with usb 3.0. Plugging them into a
    usb 2.0 port can fix the problem. Can anyone please help?
