Windows 10: I cannot sync Windows 10 mail app with MS Office

    I cannot sync Windows 10 mail app with MS Office


    I cannot get access to my Office 365 mails. It works using web browser fine but ceased to work via mail app. I’ve check my mail version in the Microsoft Store and found out that it is the latest. Restarting the PC didn’t help.

    However I tried to remove and add the app again and.. success. Everything is working now. I wonder if there is any other workaround, I mean, not to reinstall the app when it stops working

    Where did you get that message about mail app isn't supported? And to create application password? Can you post a picture of it?

    I'm using gmail account in Mail app with two step verification and all I had to do was confirm password and second step verification.. All went smooth, and I'm getting mails in multiple Windows PCs and phone.
