Windows 10: I cannot turn on memory integrity or kernal-mode hardware-enforced stack protection.

This happened when I noticed that my stack protection was turned off and I checked the driver responisble and deleted it off my apps It was the vanguard drivers for games but I still couldnt turn it on. So after I turned off memory integrity to see if I can scan drivers and turn on stack protection that did not work. The scan is not showing any drivers but it still does not let me turn them both back on.

Cannot enable Kernel-Mode Hardware-enforced Stack Protection

I tried this and turned off memory integrity and now I cannot get it back on. After I turned if off and restarted I tried to turn it on and click on review incompatible drivers but there were none listed. Now I can't turn on memory integrity or kernel mode hardware enforced stack protection.

So I installed Valorant and there was a file named "vgk.sys" in Riot Vanguard which was showing incompatible and caused memory integrity and kernel-mode hardware-enforced stack protection off. To enable those, I uninstalled Valorant and turned those two on. It asked to restart my pc to enable these two options. But during restart it is showing an error message "Your pc ran into a problem and it needs to restart". It restarts on its own but after the restart, the memory integrity and kernel-mode hardware-enforced stack protection gets turned off automatically.

I did sfc /scannow but it did not find any integrity violations.

How to enable those two now?

Unfortunately, the issue stays.

After turning on these and restarting, the "your pc ran into a problem" still happens and these two are still getting off automatically after the restart. The main problem is with kernel-mode hardware-enforced stack protection. If I turn on memory integrity only and restart, it works fine. But when I turn on kernel-mode hardware-enforced stack protection, both of them turn off automatically after the restart.

I doubt whether the PowerShell command worked or not since it did not send any reply or confirmation message.
