Windows 10: I cannot update my windows PC Error Codes 0x8000ffff or 0x80070005~ HELP!

I have spent the last 3 days and at least 8 hours trying to figure out why my PC wont update to Windows 1909update. I have tried every possible idea from these threads and it still will not work! It has caused havoc because I can't successfully use One drive and other things on my computer. Can someone please assist me. I am at a loss and I am ready to throw this computer out the window!

Trying to download windows 10 to a media device (USB) for installation on another PC and keep getting this error. Am wondering if I should be following the steps suggested for error code: 0x80070005-0xA0019 ?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
