Windows 10: I cannot use anything windows

Discus and support I cannot use anything windows in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; Hi I just recently got a new pc I was having no problems but now I can't open the search bar I can't open settings I can't open the store anything...     Hi I just recently got a new pc I was having no problems but now I can't open the search bar I can't open settings I can't open the store anything windows will not open I am currently using my google browser logged into my account. Any time I try to use settings it says "This app can't open" and below it says "There's a problem with settings refreshing your PC might help fix it" which it does not. I have reset it many times to no avail please help me.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
